Nail Lounge Shipping Policy

1. Order Confirmation

• Once an order is placed, our team will contact the customer by phone to confirm the order details before it is processed.
• Orders will only move to processing after this confirmation call is completed.

2. Tracking Number

• Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive their tracking number within 24 hours.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Karachi: Orders are delivered within 2 business days from the date of shipment dispatch.
• All other cities: Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment dispatch.
• Delivery timelines are counted in business days only and may vary slightly depending on the courier and destination.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are based on the standard rate set by our courier partner.
• Customers do not pay any additional shipping fee.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Customers who select Cash on Delivery must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
  

6. Partial / Advance Payments

• If a customer has paid a partial amount in advance, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.
  

7. Customized Orders

• Full payment is required at the time of placing a customized order.
• Customized orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
